The Planning Commission meeting of June 16, 2020 will be held virtually to limit contact in light of the spread of COVID-19. 

Detailed instructions on how to join the virtual meeting, including detailed tips for operating Zoom, are available here:  click here 

As seen in the instructions, please pay attention to the following deadlines:

  • Thursday, June 11 @ 5:00 p.m. – written correspondence is due to brindge@PVEstates.org. If you require a physical letter, it may be mailed to or dropped off at City Hall at (ATTN: Brianna Rindge) 340 Palos Verdes Drive West, Palos Verdes Estates, CA 90274.
  • Tuesday, June 16 @ NOON – if you wish to present any visual aids such as a PowerPoint or photos during your public comment period, a PDF is due to brindge@PVEstates.org
  • Tuesday, June 16 @ 6:30 p.m. – if you wish to speak during the meeting, you must email PlanningCommissionMeeting@PVEstates.org with (1) your name(2) the project address on which you’d like to speak, and (3) the phone number and/or Zoom name from which you will be calling in to the meeting.  This will replace the in-person speaker cards.

All staff reports, proposed resolutions, plans, and correspondence are always posted online the Friday before each meeting at this link: https://www.pvestates.org/government/city-council/city-meetings.

The Planning Commission meeting of April 21, 2020 will be held virtually to limit contact in light of the spread of COVID-19 and in compliance with LA County's Safer at Home ordinance which remains in effect.
