At the December 10 City Council meeting, the Palos Verdes Estates City Council approved an urgency ordinance amending Palos Verdes Estates Municipal Code Chapter 18.45 (Accessory Dwelling Units) regarding accessory dwelling units (ADU) and junior accessory dwelling units (JADU) and finding the ordinance to be exempt from CEQA.
