In preparation of forecasted rains, residents can pick up sand bags at PVE Police Department.  A supply of sand for self-fill is is located adjacent to the Fire Deparment on PV Drive West (340 Palos Verdes Drive West).  It is suggested residents bring your own shovel in the event one is not readily available.
