Recommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council approve the Traffic Safety Committee recommendation from its March 4, 2026, meeting to install all-way stop control at the intersection of Yarmouth Road and Chelsea Road, pursuant to the Palos Verdes Estates Municipal Code and the California Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices and authorize the Public Works Director to proceed with implementation. |

| 3. | Appropriate and allocate additional funds in the amount of $489,711 from Gas Tax, Measure M, Measure R, and Prop C Funds to the project; |
| 4. | Approve additional construction expenditures not to exceed $74,821, which is approximately 10% of the construction contract amount; |
| 5. | Authorize the City Manager to Execute all Contract Documents; and |
| 6. | Authorize the City Clerk to Record the Notice of Completion upon Acceptance of the Work by the Public Works Director. |

Recommendation: Staff recommends that the City Council adopt Resolution R26-14 approving an Easement and Temporary License Agreement between the City of Palos Verdes Estates and California Water Service Company (Cal Water) to allow construction, operation, and maintenance of a new 1-million-gallon water storage tank and authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents. |
