The Finance Advisory Committee welcomes and encourages public participation at the Finance Advisory Committee meetings. This meeting will be held via videoconference only in order to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19 and pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Orders N-25-20 and N-29-20 and the County of Los Angeles Public Health Officer’s Safer at Home Order (revised March 21, 2020). All votes taken during this teleconference meeting will be by roll call vote, and the vote will be publicly reported.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE BEFORE THE MEETING: Members of the public are encouraged to submit email correspondence to FACMeeting@pvestates.org before the meeting begins. The email will be distributed to all committee members. Public correspondence submitted electronically via email will be provided to the Committee Members but will not be read aloud at the meeting.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE DURING THE MEETING: If you would like to address the City Council during the meeting, please email FACMeeting@pvestates.org by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 2nd, with (1) your name, (2) the agenda item on which you’d like to speak, and (3) the phone number and/or Zoom name from which you will be calling in to the meeting.
